HOW WE WORK
Small enough
to start.
Useful enough
to matter.
A focused first engagement gives us a clear finish line—and gives you something real to evaluate before deciding what comes next.
CLEAR SCOPE → REVIEWED WORK → HANDOFF
- 01
Define what “done” looks like.
We agree on the deliverable, acceptance criteria, client inputs, timing, and commercial terms before work begins.
- 02
Build with a clear owner.
Megan manages scope and communication. Our technical team handles implementation, using agreed tools and AI where it helps.
- 03
Check the work.
Human review and relevant automated checks test the result against the acceptance criteria. Progress is something you can inspect.
- 04
Hand over something usable.
You receive the agreed artifacts, test results, and documentation. We review acceptance together and decide whether there’s a useful next step.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Before we start.
Do we need a fully defined project?+
No. Bring the bottleneck, the systems involved, and the result you want. The first conversation is about finding a useful starting scope and whether we’re the right fit.
How do you price an engagement?+
We prefer a defined scope with agreed milestones. Fixed-price or time-based terms can work, depending on the project. We agree on the deliverables, revisions, dependencies, and payment terms before making a commitment.
Can you work with our agency or delivery team?+
Yes. A contained integration, testing package, or software workstream can be a good starting point. We agree on responsibilities, access, communication, and any contributor requirements with your team up front.
How do you handle AI and our data?+
We agree on permitted tools, data handling, and access arrangements before starting. AI is used where it fits the work and your requirements, with human review and appropriate verification.
